ChronosCodexOur own product

Insurance-specific CRM · ChronosCodex · chronoscodex.com

A household-centred CRM built specifically for health, ACA, Medicare and life agencies, with policies, commissions, SMS, email, calling and documents in one system rather than assembled from parts. It is the product this site's publisher operates.

What it costs

Published rate card: Free $0, Solo $29, Professional $99, Agency $199 and Brokerage $499 per month. Seats are included in the plan rather than charged per user, and there is no mandatory onboarding fee.

Trial and access: Free plan and public signup; no demo or sales call required to start.

What it does well

  • Insurance concepts are native: households and members, policies, carriers, renewals, commissions and licensing are built in, not modelled by you.
  • Client communication is included rather than bolted on — SMS, email, calling, fax and document handling live in the same record.
  • Published, per-plan pricing with seats included, so cost does not climb every time you add a licensed agent.
  • Free plan and public signup, and the interface ships in seven languages.

Where it falls short

  • A much smaller vendor than Zoho, HubSpot or Applied — fewer integrations and a shorter track record.
  • Third-party training barely exists. The tutorials that do exist are first-party, which is a real disadvantage against Zoho or HubSpot's community.
  • No carrier rating or quoting engine — it manages the book, it does not quote P&C risks.
  • No independent security certification or third-party audit to point at.
